All about Benelli Leoncino 250
Launch, Specifications, Availability, Price, Looks, and more.
Benelli India launched a younger sibling of the Benelli Leoncino 500 which was launched a few months back. The younger sibling gets its name with the same nomenclature and is called Benelli Leoncino 250. The awaited bike will now be as an alternative to bikes having 250 CC - 300 CC engines like Honda CBR 300R, KTM Duke 250, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Moto GP, Honda CBR 250R and other similar bikes. Benelli Leoncino 250 looks simple but great just like its elder sibling - Benelli Leoncino 500.
Appearance and styling:
The Leoncino 250 is a retro-styled bike that resembles the Husqvarna's Vitpilen and Svartpilen bikes. The overall stance of the bike is like a café-racing bike that contains no bulky fronts; hence the mass seems concentrated in the middle. The color - scheme of the bike is the combination of a dark and bright color. The upper portion of either side of the tank flaunts color strip in the shape of a hook that comes in a bright color like white-mid and yellow-ends or Red-mid and white-ends. The strip is in the shape of a hook curving and partially bounding Benelli symbol over fuel-tank from the upper side and extending till the mid of the rider’s seat.
Coming towards the front part, the bike has a round headlamp below a digital console fastened to the handles protruding out from the backside of the headlamp. The bike has nothing attractive at the wheels - front as it just comes with straight-spoked wheels but the disc-brakes are something that easily catches the eyes.
