Ultraviolette Automotive F77
A high-end Indian e-Bike
The phase of e-bikes is not very far, as many automotive brands are unveiling their forthcoming electric motorcycles around the world. Recently a Bangalore based automotive start-up supported by TVS, Ultraviolette Automotive, was spotted testing a high-end e-bike who will be allegedly called F77 which will also be India’s first high-end electric bike. The Ultraviolette F77 will be officially unveiled on 13th November 2019 and all the details regarding the specifications, power, looks, performance, and range will be known. So far the images captured while the test ride has surfaced from which much important information on the F77 can be grasped.
The Ultraviolette F77 is expected to cost around Rs.2,25,000/- as Ex-showroom price and will rival Bikes with IC engines like KTM RC 390, TVS Apache RR 310, Suzuki Gixxer 250 STD and likes.
Engineered Design
The Ultraviolette F77 is designed using advanced engineering simulations and keeping in mind the criteria of multi-level safety systems which are used to assure the safe design of motorcycles. The stance of the bike seems sporty as it is underpinned by the trellis frame, moreover, the LED headlights and taillights add to the sportiness and the suspensions are the real charm of the F77.
Along with the Full LED headlamps, there will be multiple diffused daytime running lamps and the LED taillight are in the shape of twin slash which makes it look sportier and sharp. Coming to the laterals the F77 hides its heart entirely.

Power Performance and Pick-up
The Ultraviolette F77 will be rolling its wheels using the power generated from a 25kW electric motor which produces a maximum torque of 90 Nm. The F77 can reach 100 Kmph from 0 Kmph in less than 8 seconds and like KTM RC 390 and Apache RR 310, it can attain a speed from 0 to 60 Kmph in 3 seconds. The F77 is said to attain the top-speed of 140 Kmph which fulfills its base aim of rivaling 200 CC IC engine Bikes.
There is no information regarding the battery powering the electric motor but it is believed that it will provide a range of 150 KM.
