Maruti Suzuki
Recently Maruti Suzuki announced a price cut for its best selling Alto K10, Alto 800 and Swift diesel to re-drag the sales numbers to the top in the festive season. Moreover, Maruti Suzuki declared a price cut of Rs.1 lakh on Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS and a price cut of Rs.5000/- on select models. The list of selected cars includes Alto 800, Alto K10, Swift Diesel, Celerio, Baleno Diesel, Ignis, Dzire diesel, Tour S diesel, S-cross, and Brezza. These price cuts are in lieu of reviving sales. In addition to these Maruti Suzuki is currently offering various offers cashback or discount from Rs.40,000/- to Rs.1 lakh this could be the outcome of a reduction in tax rates for domestic corporate companies which settles down to 22% from 30%.
Honda
In the festive season, all car manufacturers come up with nearly the same offers and price cuts. The offers from Honda are varied with discounts ranging from Rs. 25K to Rs. 4.0 lakhs. Additionally, Honda is offering an extended warranty of a total of 5 years on Honda Amaze. Buyers of Cars like Honda Jazz, WR-V, Honda City can avail 1st-year insurance instead of cash discount and can also get exchange bonuses ranging from Rs.20K to Rs.32K. , the loyalty bonus of Rs.16,000/- can also get when exchanged with a car from Honda. For high range cars, Honda is offering cash benefits like Rs.1.1 lakh on Honda BRV, Rs.2 lakhs on Honda CIVIC, Rs.2.2 lakh on Civic diesel, and Rs.4.0 lakh on Honda CR-V.

In the race of increasing sales, Mahindra has no intention to lag behind and is offering cash discounts ranging from Rs.9000/- to Rs.40,000/- depending upon the price of the car. Additionally, customers can be avail of exchange benefits or bonus ranging from Rs.15K to Rs.50K on cars like KUV 100, TUV 300, Bolero Power plus, Marazzo, Scorpio, XUV-500 and Alturas G4. The cars with low prices like KUV-100, TUV-300 can be bought with the free basic accessory kit while expensive cars like XUV-500, Alturas G4 can come with accessories worth Rs.10,000/- to Rs.19,000/- for free. Mahindra is offering 5 years of free warranty on Alturas G4 and XUV-300. The Marazzo M6 and M8 get 1st-year insurance free at the cost of a discount.
TATA
From Tiago to Hexa TATA like the sheep of flock offer discounts from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- and exchange bonus ranging from Rs.15K to Rs.35K. The Tata motors are offering comparatively less discount to corporate. The latest TATA HARRIER comes with no discount but with an exchange bonus only.
Hyundai
Hyundai is focusing more on Grand i10 and Xcent in terms of discount as they come with a discount of Rs.60,000/- while other cars like Verna, Creta, Elite i20 and Santro get discount of Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/-. The highest discount is given to Tuscan and Elentra which is of Rs 1.25 lakh and an exchange bonus of Rs.75,000/- while other cars fall in the range of Rs.20k to Rs.30K in terms of exchange bonus.
Toyota
Toyota is offering discounts only on Toyota Yaris, and Corolla Altis that is in the range of Rs.30k to Rs.1.0 lakh depending upon the model. Toyota is offering discounts to corporate ranging from Rs.8K to Rs.50K depending upon the car and exchange bonus ranging from Rs.15K to Rs.1.0 lakh on Fortuner for an old Toyota car.
