The latest in the Reno Series is the Oppo Reno 2z and now it’s time for rumor and speculations of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro to get contagious. The renders based on the quotes and statements of the expert tech-leakers unveils that Reno 3 may deviate in the track of design and it is plausible that Reno 3 may come up with a punch-hole display instead of carrying forward its legendary shark-fin pop-up camera system.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro: News (Thinnest in-class with Dual 5G mode support)
The mystery on camera mechanism is yet to be solved but other facts about the Oppo Reno 3 Pro has also surfaced. Recently Oppo’s vice president aka the president of global marketing tweeted a render boasting Oppo Reno 3 Pro to be the thinnest in its class with the support of dual – 5G mode. The render seemed trimmed such that the front camera of the phone cannot be seen, so still no final word on the front camera system of the upcoming Oppo Reno 3 Pro.
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro is claimed to be as thin as 7.7 mm when the lens-bump of the camera are not taken into the measurement. In addition for aesthetics the Oppo Reno 3 Pro will have a glass-body. The render reveals a thin bezel on the top of the display and the position of the power button can be seen on the right of the phone which seems highlighted with the blue accent on the render. The render also showed that the Oppo Reno 3 Pro will have a curved display at longitudinal sides.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro: Specifications and few leaks
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro is speculated to run on a Snapdragon 735 chipset with an octa-core processor. The same processor will be paired with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and storage ranging up to 256 GB.
The phone will feature a quad-camera setup at the rear side comprising a 60 MP primary sensor assisted by an 8MP ultrawide shooter, 13 MP telephoto lens and a 2 MP of macro lens. The front camera will be 32 MP.
The display of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro is expected to be of AMOLED type like that seen in the previous generation but this time is expected to refresh at 90Hz. The resolution of the display is anticipated to be of FHD+.
The battery of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro is expected to be of 4025 mAh which is slightly more than the Oppo Reno 2. And will definitely support fast charging. The charging technology is yet to be known and confirmed, but it is likely that Oppo will bring 50W fast charging support on the Oppo Reno 3 Pro.
At connectivity front the Oppo Reno 3 Pro is said to support both 5G modes that is SA and NSA out of the former one does not require the LTE network while the NSA will rely on 4G network for tasks like calling, and texting, while the data is served through the 5G network which is supposed to provide latency as low as 8ms.
Price of Oppo Reno 3 Pro and Launch
The Oppo Reno 3 is expected to get launched in the month of January 2020 in China and later in countries like India. The expected Price of Oppo Reno 3 Pro in India is around Rs.35,000/- for the top variant.
