Jio Phone – Offer history
The former price of Jio Phone when released in 2017 was Rs.1500/- which is a refundable amount when the customer returns the Jio Phone after 3 years usage if it satisfies some pre-defined terms and conditions. Then later at some point, the same phone was available in exchange for some other phone and at just Rs.501/-. And now it is currently available under Diwali offer at Rs.699/- only without any kind of terms and conditions.
Jio Phone - Specifications
The Jio Phone is not a touchscreen phone as it comes with age-old form factor comprising keypad. The Jio Phone comes with a 2.4” screen and 17 keys out which one is a scroll button. The feature phone handles tasks using a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Kai OS. The Jio Phone comes with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128 GB using a micro SD card. Moreover, the phone can be used in 22 different Indian languages. The Jio phone also has WIFI connectivity and runs almost all social media apps like Whatsapp, Facebook, etc. It also runs other daily required apps like Google, YouTube, Google Maps and also has Google Assistant.
