Top 5 smartphones under 20K in India
The stack of out-dated smartphones is piling up at a very high pace as Chinese smartphone brands are launching their new ones timely with alluring specifications. At a given point in time, it becomes very difficult in deciding to either wait for the upcoming feature added smartphone or choose from the current ones as flagship range features are being added in mid-range smartphones which makes them irresistible. Many modern mid-range smartphones now feature quad-camera set-up, in-display fingerprint scanner, and other flagship-level features. Logically the phone that prices more will have the best specifications when the brand value is kept aside.
Top 5 smartphones under Rs.20000/- in India
- Realme XT
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro
- Vivo Z1 Pro
- Realme X
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro
Undoubtedly in terms of specifications, Chinese brands provide the highest possible specifications at low prices and in doing so they rule the mid-range as well as the budget segment.
- Realme XT: Realme recently launched the Realme XT with never seen before specifications at a very low price. The Realme XT brings along the Snapdragon 712 chipset and quad-camera set-up at the back with the primary camera of resolution 64 MP and lens of f/1.7. The performance of the Realme XT is similar to that of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro which comprises a MediaTek Helio G90T chipset. However, the Realme XT takes the lead because of its display type that is of AMOLED and low aperture primary camera. However, the Redmi Note 8 Pro’s display supports HDR content and hence consists of 10-bit color pixels which also offer great viewing experience.

- Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro: The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro is the best phone if the price is taken back into consideration. The phone features a quad-camera setup for the rear side and runs on a powerful MediaTek Helio G90T chipset. The phone display type that is IPS LCD is the only drawback which sets it in the second position. This phone houses a larger battery of 4500 mAh capacity and supports fast charging too. There is no under-display fingerprint scanner like Realme XT which is also a minus point for the Redmi Note 8 Pro.

- Vivo Z1 Pro: The Vivo Z1 Pro just like Realme XT runs on a snapdragon 712 chipset, but comes with one less camera sensor - triple camera setup at back. Moreover, the primary camera’s resolution is quite low when compared to the Realme XT’s but at last, it is the matter of image quality, not the numbers. The Vivo did a great job in terms of design as it implemented the punch-hole display for the front camera, instead of housing it inside a water-drop or ‘U’ shaped notch. The phone’s powerhouse is as huge as 5000 mAh battery and the phone supports fast charging too.
