Will Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 kill all the smartphones in terms of performance and camera?
Xiaomi Mi had recently launched the Redmi Note 8 series smartphones, and of the series, Redmi Note 8 Pro would be the first Xiaomi no – flagship phone to have a 64 MP camera sensor with f/1.8 aperture whose camera quality is expected to be breathtaking. The note 8 Pro will be powered by MediaTek G90T chipset with a liquid cooling system which said to be designed for high-end performance. The Redmi Note 8 on the same side has got snapdragon 665 with a 48 MP camera sensor with f/1.8 aperture. But the question remains how these phones will surpass their rivals in terms of performance and camera quality.
Performance
As far as performance is considered benchmarks can really help in judging a smart phone’s processing capability. The Antutu benchmarks of Redmi note 8 pro series wins the race because of MediaTek G90T chipset and liquid cooling technology, however, in the case of Redmi note 8 snapdragon’s 665 chipset is not Upto the mark but is good enough if the price of the phone remains under 12K - 13K INR. The cooling system also counts when it comes to maintaining clockwork, So Redmi Note 8 Pro has got an advantage over others which leads to impressive benchmark scores.

Camera
Some reviews by the reviewers who got their hands on the Redmi Note 8 series devices stated that both smartphones have got tremendously great camera modules and considering Xiaomi’s refined post-processing power the pictures taken by Redmi note 8 series will be no less than wonders. As expected the 64MP sensor delivers sharp and detailed images and a 48 MP sensor does a similar kind of work. But the rivals of the Redmi note 8 series should not be underestimated, because rivals too have got some kind of camera module and dedicated camera sensors for ultra-wide, macro, and portrait shots. The game-changer for Redmi is only the post image processing capabilities which too majorly are hardware dependent. Then ultimately the game depends on hardware along with software optimization which is clearly defined by Xiaomi’s work in the past. So to make it short Redmi Note 8 series smartphones are expected to be better than the competitors in terms of camera and performance.
