Galaxy Note 10 Lite and S10 lite – to go head-on with iPhone SE 2 in 2020.
The forecast of the launch of next year’s iPhone SE 2 has undoubtedly triggered or say inspired the rival - Korean electronics giant, Samsung, to unleash 2 budget versions of their past premium smartphone – GALAXY Note 10 and GALAXY S10. The upcoming budget premium smartphones are speculated to be GALAXY Note 10 Lite and GALAXY S10 Lite. Samsung in the past launched the lite version of an ‘S’ series smartphone but it is the first time that Samsung is going to launch a lite version of a ‘Note’ series smartphone - considering the GALAXY Note 3 Neo to be different than the Lite. The brand is expected to be currently working on the Samsung GALAXY S10 Lite and the lite version of the more recent Samsung GALAXY Note 10 i.e. the Samsung GALAXY Note 10 Lite. The specifications and model numbers have surfaced over the internet through well-renowned sites and from trusted bloggers.
Model Numbers of GALAXY S10 lite and Note 10 lite.
The Samsung GALAXY Note 10 Lite will have the model number as SM-N770F and that of GALAXY S10 Lite could be SM-G770F. Not much is known at specifications side but the tips for Samsung GALAXY S10 Lite say that its spec-sheet will resemble the spec-sheet of GALAXY A91 which will be launched in the forthcoming weeks before the end of 2019. For GALAXY Note 10 Lite nothing more than color variant is known, the Note 10 Lite is expected to come in colors like red and black. Moreover, it is very difficult to assess the price range of the upcoming lite versions.
GALAXY S10 Lite - Specifications
The GALAXY S10 lite is tipped to have all the specifications of the GALAXY A91 with some regular features from GALAXY S10 that is Snapdragon 855 chipset boarding 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage with an option to expand the storage. The plus point of the S10 lite will be its 4500 mAh battery which is quite bigger than the formers and more importantly, the 45 W flash charging support will add to it.
The GALAXY S10 Lite will come with a triple camera set-up comprising a 48 MP of the primary camera sensor, 16 MP of the wide-angle camera sensor and a 5 MP of the depth-sensing camera sensor.
The massive screen size of 6.7 “with FHD+ resolution is also an upcoming surprise for the Samsung enthusiasts.
Release
The upcoming GALAXY Note 10 Lite and S10 Lite are expected to get first launched in Europe and Asia and that too at the beginning of 2020. The iPhone SE 2 will also get launched during the same period and will compete fiercely.
Price
The price of both Samsung GALAXY Note 10 Lite and S10 Lite is not known but would be lying in the range of Rs.40,000/- to Rs.55,000/- in India just like iPhone SE and SE 2.
