Over-the-table Barbeque’
Barbeque Nation, founded in 2006, pioneered the concept of live grills embedded on the dining tables for a complete dining experience.
Era of 'DIY cuisine' in India
The unique DIY concept caught the fancy of food-lovers across India as Barbeque Nation offered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, drawn from Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and the Indian cuisines.
Musings on the Menu
The introduced menu comprised of 5-vegetarian and 5 non-vegetarian barbeque starters in unlimited helpings, a main course vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet along with variety of soups, salads and desserts.
Pan-Indian Palate
By 2008, a significant pan-India presence in Chandigarh, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu was established. The 50th outlet was set up at Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh in 2015.
The Kulfi Kicks
Barbeque Nation introduced the concept of 'Kulfi Nation' with 8 basic Kulfi flavours with a dose of different combinations of dips, sauces and toppings to choose from.
A Savoury Choice
In 2015, Barbeque Nation introduced 'Live Counters' at their outlets, where chefs would cook food exactly according to customer’s preferences. Today, Barbeque Nation operates across 60+ outlets and is looking forward to spreading its magic in new shores.
