Ans. DIGISOL Alliance Partner Program is built on value , innovation & commitment It is a tool that can help partner to build business, increase revenues & grow with them. Having a DAPP Website will further help in providing the required marketing and sales support to their partners , as and when required. The current Scheme Claim done manually , will go online saving a lot of paper and courier costs as well as time.
2. How to become DAPP Partner?
Ans. Registration Process :
- Partners need to get registered with them on www.digisol.com/DAPP
- Respective Channel Sales Team verifies the registration form
- On receiving verification , the Partner will receive a mail with an Authorized Partner E-Certificate

3. Types of DAPP Partners
Ans. DIGISOL Authorized Distributor, Also called as Tier 1 partners. They buy directly from DIGISOL and further sell to tier 2 / DIGISOL Connect Partners. They are provided with total solution from DIGISOL in house team.

5. Who is a DIGISOL Select Partner?
Ans. DIGISOL Select Partner is a mid tier partner with local presence Following attributes are mandatory

6. Who is a DIGISOL Valued Partner?
Ans. DIGISOL Registered Partners are Resellers who buy from RD's or Connect Partners Following attributes are mandatory
- Should be a Retailer ,small shop or reseller.
- DIGISOL will do branding & provide signage's.
- Monthly & quarterly channel schemes from DIGISOL will be run on regular basis.
7. Can a partner get product EDMs to circulate to his customer database?
Ans. Yes. A partner can very much download the DIGISOL Product EDMS. There is also a facility called EDM Generator under the EDMs section wherein the Partners cam generate the EDM they like with their contact details. This feature will be made available soon.
8. How can the Schemes and Claims section work?
Ans. The Scheme and Claims section is a gift from DIGISOL to it's partners for a hassle-free , paperless submission of Scheme Claims. A partner can register for the Scheme online. Once registered, the partner will receive reminders to submit his claim form online. In the Claims section , the partner can submit all the invoices scan copies and other simple details. The partner can also submit the same from his mobile as well. Once the Claim form is submitted the DIGISOL teams will verify the same and further process the disbursement of scheme rewards , as per the target achieved.
9. How can a partner change the details in the registration form filled earlier?
Ans. A partner cannot change any details earlier filled in the registration form by himself, except the password. In case of any changes in the registration form, the partner will have to write a mail to [email protected] requesting the details to be updated / changed in the registration form and the reason for the same.
10. Can 2 registrations be accepted from the same Partner Company?
Ans. If you try registering you company twice, with either the same email id or the same Company Pan Card Number , the same will be rejected by the system. This is done to ensure that there is no duplication which can later affect in data compilation / scheme claim process etc. We recommend the registration be done only in the Partner Company s Owners name. In case the Partner Company Owner wishes to change the contact given in the registration form, he/she can write a mail to [email protected] requesting for the same.
