SUPPLY CHAIN

Orient Bell Limited is one of pioneer company in manufacturing and marketing of ceramic and vitrified products PAN India. Started production of 250 sqm per day to 45K sqm per day at present plus 15K sqm outsourced.

They have manufacturing facilities in U.P., Karnataka and Gujarat, equipped with latest digital printers. The raw material is mainly resourced locally, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. Some critical raw materials are imported from Europe and China.

They have wide range of products in various sizes like 200mmx300mm, 300mmx300mm, 395mmx395mm, 600mmx600mm, 800mmx800mm, 600mmx1200mm, 800mmx1200mm, in wall tiles, floor tiles, Vitrified, Double charged and digitals.

Logistically the material is inwards in the respective plants by road. Out bound logistics is done by three mode of transportation. From UP plant, the material is transported to the channel partners by road, rail and mixed modules. From Karnataka the material is distributed through road and from Gujarat, they use multi-modular mode of transportation, I.e., By Road, Rail and sea.

They have dealers network of more than 2400 dealers and sub-dealers, stock points at 28 locations PAN India.

They have best SCM, more than 90% of orders are executed within 24 hours of placement of orders, 75% of the consignments are delivered within prescribed time, material availability if 95%. They are working on sales forecast accuracy of more than 78%.
