No after sales service
I have almost installed about 7 units of daikin split AC from COOL TECH in about 2 years time in our residence and office .We had no issue regarding the installation and pricing but to our great sorrow the failed to provide the after sales service. Its almost been more then 6 months I have been calling and requesting for servicing of my 1.5 ton split AC installed at my office but the only reply I have been receiving is tomorrow it will be done and that tomorrow has not yet arrived in the last six months.I did also visit his office to request the same but no response.. Finally I contacted the company through customer care to give service. They gave me the service request no as well the dealer name and contact no who were supposed to give service to me . They have me a call the other day but I was shocked to see their response.They said because you have purchased the unit from cool tech and they being the dealer , hence they will only provide the service to this unit. Having heard this I complained the same to the customer care executive and they had no answer to this and said you please speak to cool tech directly. If this is the kind of service provided by DAIKIN and it's dealer COOL TECH , then I feel I have done a very big mistake of investing my money in you,rather would have chosen O GENREAL who's after sales service is the best..
