Dear Sir , We have purchased above Home Theater set from M/s Manish Sales Gwalior MP on 14/11/2015 . For installation of same we got message from sony cc & Mr. Mukul Jha is reported on 16/11/15 . He has been installed the set & rear speaker was fixed in very shabby/ irregular manner , one speaker was just below the false ceiling & another one is fixed 8 inches below the false ceiling & speaker cable is fixed in wall below 2 inches false ceiling in hanging manner . If required , i will be able to send the photographs of same also . It was requested by us to fix in proper manner , but he has been refused to do it & start speaking that i am 4 year experiences person & it will be installed like that only . My self asked him to do it properly but he refused & went out , .During this process he damaged of our pelmet (Stain less steel also ) it is about to fall . One more problem experienced is the cable of speaker it little bit ( 3 feet) short in length so that one rear speaker is mismatching with each other in longitudinal way also . . On request to Mr. Jha to make it extended the cable by Joint or with new one for matching of speaker . But he has been refused in very crude manner . It is surprising , we have purchased the costly appliances but the SONY Representatives treat their customer hopelessly. Pl. resister my strong grievance & resolve this issue at the earliest.
