   Poor service, lack of knowledge undisciplined servicing staffs

   My first servicing experience was very bad with the R K Motors and the technical staffs, Including Gora chand and Tinku. Poor quality of services, servicing and Technical department are misbehaving with customers, lack of knowledge or they delebrately don't want to satisfy Customer with their duties and services behavior of staffs are very very bad to customers It is very bad experience that one of the best growing auto company's dealer provide worst quality of relationship with customers. Servicing manager don't required customer signature, customer satisfaction they don't mkae any job card.
