Bad customer service

Bad customers service of sanjevani motors at Rathia ,chandikol branch. At the time servicing the staff are cheating with bad quality oil and blaming to the customer. They are not doing any servicing of the vehicle but without any work asking customer for favour to complete documentation and other work like record that customer has done with serviceing and asking for otp....Misbehaving to the customer if customer ask for proper servicing...
