Kind attention I would like to bring to your kind knowledge that, I have purchased a Passenger auto ape city at Koundampalayam Shree KBS Autos Reg on number TN 66Y 8919 on Aug 7th 2018. My concern is I have given all my identity proof ,Address proof as well as KYC in that spelling for my name is Samuel Santhaseelen T, instead of this name your showroom persons (Mrs Dhanalaxmi RTO in-charge and Mr Sathish Manager) given as T.Samuvel Santhaseelen seelen I have few screenshot at what's app that I have informed them every time to change the name of the spelling mistake done by them before it's printed in RC book Finally the same thing reflected in RC book. So heading to your branch for this issue there is no proper response from both the person's( Mr Sathish and dhanalaxmi) and very lathogical replies Walking still to this same problem for past 3 months and got really fed up and dropping this mail. I just want some one to take this to (CEO)corrective action against the persons and sort out my concern asap Please take this mail as serious concern and do acknowledge .
