Miss
The person running Citizen Enterprises is very much useless and is not helpful at all. I have purchased a Skybag trolley (Mirage) which had a problem with the pop up handle and as it was under world-wide warranty, I visited the store to fix the bag. I showed him the stamped warranty card and bill to prove that it was under warranty, the owner here said that he could not help me, as I did not purchase it from him and it is not possible to fix the bag and I should purchase a new one. A different dealer from another store helped me and fixed the bag by contacting the service center, free of cost as my bag is under warranty and now my bag is as good as new. I truly had a horrible experience with the owner of Citizen Enterprises, would not recommend it to anyone and will definitely never make a purchase from this store as clearly all they are after is monetary gains and none of customer satisfaction and support. If Skybag wants to uphold the guarantee of Worldwide warranty, they should definitely keep a check on such dealers who create a nuisance.
