   Unsettled claim

   Madam/sir, A claim form towards repairing the vehicle KL42P 9110 had been submitted on 11 last month at the Claim Hub, and the actual bill from the workshop was sent on 17th of the same month to Noufal MA, the surveyor who contacted, who acknowledged the receipt over phone. Now that one month has gone, I am yet to receive the payment from Assurance Co. I came over to the hub, an Officer Jayakumar by name who spoke tome, said he would call the surveyor and let me know. This happened a couple of weeks ago, but to no effect. A dozen calls to the surveyor and 6 to Jayakumar have come to nothing. Hope Madam will help, that Assurance keeps its assurance. Thank You M'm.
