Unprofessional behaviour of a mechanic
I got my 2 wheeler servicing done about couple of weeks ago, and did not get a chance to ride it as this is my supporting vehicle. However, upon riding it for a day i realized that the front brake is not functioning. So i came to the servicing center (7th Jan 2017, 11:30 am) with an impression of being heard about the concern. I just initiated the conversation and a mechanic (RINKU) shows up and in front of the agency manager and he outspoke without lisrening to what i had to say - "brake to hai aur bilkul sahi hai" Upon asking to check fisrt and comment, he made a weird face and had a tone. To which, i had to ask him to have a ride. He came back with the findngs i had, but with no apology and without admitting his fault. The agency manager could stopped him doing so. Someone should follow a standard protocol and a customer should not be treatrd rudely by a mechanic. I am a honda customer for over a decade but this incident has made me feel the quality of mechanics and customer service in Waheguru Honda servcing center, Jagdalpur. Honda has a good reputation and this kind of customer service is not expected from a mechanic. I hope this issue would be taken seriously so that any other customer will not have to face such rudenes and attitude. After this incident we were asked to be seated and waited for the service to be initiated, and the waiting time was prolonged more than an hour just to check whether they have the front brake parts.
