    CB unicorn battery damaged by service center mechanic(dumdum) and non-cooperative behaviour

    I have done by 3rd free service in the authorized Honda service center on 3.5.17 Dealer Dugar Honda (Teghoria, raghunathpore) Service center address: 395, Amarpalli, South Dum Dum, Kolkata, Pin 700055 Next day I found that Self-start is not working. I called service center. Mrs. Moumita mondal asked me to again come to service center. There mechanic and manager checked the TW and told battery plug point is broken and I have to change it. new battery cost 1500/- I told that my TW is only 6 month sold and how the battery can be damaged like that after service. They behaved very arrogantly and told me that I have damaged it and they dont do anything now. After that the mechanic give me the TW with unplugged wearing in battery. Horn and light was not working. self as well. I took out the vehicle to an other service center and they repaired my battery and TW started working. But Self-start is permanently damaged and not working till date. I complained to Moumita and she stated that manager will be looking for it but till date no response came.
