Dear Sir, I had purchased an Access 125 scooter on 29.04.2011 with great pride & happiness that I had got a bike from a reputed & international company. I have been getting the bike serviced regularly from your delear m/s.Ravi wheel Pvt Ltd. at Vadodara, and have faced a number of problems after each service. In 2015, the full engine had to be replaced, as it was jammed due to lack of engine oil even though it was regularly service. & I had to Pay approx Rs. 10000/-. On 30.07.2016, I had given the bike for servicing at the dealer`s branch at Gotri, Vadodara. When I went to collect the bike at 06.30Pm, it was lying in heavy rain outside with the ignition lock cover open. I took the bike from there and after 2 Kms it stopped. I tried to contact the service centre, but got no response & had to drag the bike to my residence 6-5 Kms away in heavy rain. On 01.08.16, I contacted the service centre & they took the bike for repairs and I was made to pay Rs.918/- for replacement of the in the ignition lock, for which there was no prior complaint. It is a clear case of negligence on the part of the service centre mechanics ude to which the lock got defective. I have paid Rs.1199/- for AMC of the vehicle & want the same to be refunded, as I donot want to get my Access125 serviced by your dealers. It is requested that the Amount of Rs.918/- along with Rs. 1000/- towards damages for hiring of auto rickshaw, harassment etc be got reimbursed by m/s.Ravi wheel Pvt Ltd., Vadodara within 10 days, failing which I shall have no other option but to approach the consumer courts for claim & m/s.Ravi wheel Pvt Ltd., Vadodara / Suzuki Motorcylce India pvt Ltd will have to pay for all damages. looking forward to a favorable reply at the earliest.
