Very very worst customer service by Sales Exe Mrs.Nirmala @ Amman Two Wheelers, Salem
In the month of Feb'17, I booked my new Access vehicle @ Amman Two Wheeler Pvt Ltd, Seelanaickenpatty, Salem. At the time of booking I clearly explained about my needs to the Sales Person Mrs.Nirmala, at last due to her lethargic work she entered a wrong pin code and raised the online challan. Because of this RTO location was changed from TN54 (Salem East) to TN30 (Salem West). When I asked why it has happened she just says sorry. I already followed with RTO - Salem East office for fancy number. Due to this incorrect pin code I was not able to register with the number I have chosen. More over as it is my marriage gift (which i was to take delivery on 9th Mar'17) I was sentimentally hurt by this activity. Initially she said that they cannot cancel the challan raised online, if to be cancelled it is a long process. She assured to get any fancy number in TN30 (Salem west) RTO. Based on her words and assurance I asked to proceed. But they kept on pulling the days and no positive result from them. I myself checked with RTO office and chose the number and informed Mrs.Nirmala in Amman Two Wheeler Pvt Ltd, Seelanaickenpatty, Salem. She said I have to pay the amount for the Number and she will register and give the vehicle. This is cheating the customer giving false assurance, as I took vehicle delivery I'm bound to register it. Dealer Staff attitude towards customer is not good. She said for selling the vehicle to me “She will pay her own money for the Number chosen and register” I'm not begging to her, when I have money to take vehicle, I do have money to pay for the Number I chose. Why should she assure and later say I never said such a word. Being a marriage gift I never expected such incidents, I spoke and informed her "n" number of times about the needs, due to a small error what all happened - putting me in lot of depression. For everything her answer is "sorry or it happened due to human error". But they did not take any step to rectify the same. Keeping me in telephone line they spoke ill about me - as a customer I have paid for the vehicle why should I listen to those words for their mistake. Mrs.Nirmala is the worst Sales person I have ever seen and not fit to handle the customers based on their needs. She just plays with their sentiments and feelings. I registered a complaint in Suzuki Motorcycle feedback site but no response till date. I rate the Dealer a big "Zero" because of this.
