Very bad after service
Hey guy's I request u all vespa lovers,do not go to kayaan motors fr ur vespa service.I had a very bad experience with d service.They don't really care abt our vespa's.They don't hv a well trained technicians nor mechanics.And d funny thing is their front desk service person can't even gv d proper estimation even after mkng d estimated sheet through their system.And after then they spoiled my new mudguard while fitting my old bumper to it.I met with a accident n my vespa's steering tube n mudguard got damaged which i replaced from kayaan motors service center but it's not been done properly. Still some noise cmng from handle.Over all its a very poor service been done by their untrained technicians. N d charges r too high compared to other vespa service centers...so plzzz think bfr gvng fr service n other repairing n paying heavy bills...
Waste of money
Poor front desk service. Poor technical knowledge. Poor careness of bikes. Poor explanation of service n parts.Poor knowledge of service charges n spare parts price. Overall very bad service.
Completely Unsatisfied Service
Kayaan motor service center is a bad service center.They don't hv a proper trained technicians.They don't know how to care of bikes given for service.They don't hv a proper trained front desk employees to give a proper estimation of spare parts,repairs n service.Even after looking into their computer system they can't give a correct estimation.They type whatever price they want.They charge almost double d amount of actual price and labour charges.Their technicians don't have complete knowledge of replacing the parts and servicing.They told me my bike needs to change spark plug and air filter to get good mileage n pickup so i got done,but no changes I experienced.Because of a small accident my bike's steering tube got damaged for which I given to kayaan motors service center but not done perfectly.As they said mudguard also need to change I got it done but they spoiled it while fitting my old bumper to it which was little change in shape and size.And this is why I'm saying that their technicians don't have complete knowledge of replacing n servicing. Instead of getting agreed for their mistake they tried to convince me.And also they don't hv any facility like waiting room or their upcoming bikes magazines for customers to spend some time if you need to wait there.Don't even have a good sitting arrangements for customers.I given my so lengthy review just for you all vespa lovers,so that you'll don't get cheated by this service center as I got.Hope you liked my review and best of luck to all who even wants to give your vespa here for service,even after reading this review.Thankx to all for reading my review.
