Worst dealer for Inverter batteries
I purchased the luminous inverter battery and I'm using a battery from the last 1.5 years and the warranty phase includes 2 years from the date of purchase. However, its in the warranty phase. I am disappointed with the dealers' service with respect to neglect behavior for maintenance service. Once you sold the product it's your responsibility for the maintenance too. I have tried reaching him multiple times but no response from their end. Also, the dealer is not taking appropriate action from the last 4 days. Switching off the phone and not replying to calls doesn't go to help you. It's harassment faced by me due to dealer negligence. Is this the way how you are dealing with your customers? Request you to kindly take appropriate action against him.
