Complaint Regarding Poor Service And Behavior by the Owner
Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Anand Enterprises service center located in Chamba Sultanpur, regarding my Amaron battery with serial number BAC0241V512229 under warranty. I visited the Anand Enterprises service center to have my battery replaced, as it is well within the warranty period. Unfortunately, my experience at the service center was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior and poor customer service that I encountered during my visit. Upon arrival, I explained the reason for my visit to the representative present at the service center. Instead of addressing my concern in a courteous manner, the representative not only raised their voice but also used disrespectful and offensive language. I was shocked by the level of unprofessional-ism displayed by your staff member. The owner shouted on me that he will sure that my battery will not be changed if i go anywhere he will see me if my battery will be replaced without his permission. The representative went on to claim that I had not purchased the battery from their establishment, and therefore, they were unwilling to provide the necessary service or assistance. Despite presenting the warranty documentation and relevant purchase information, the representative continued to shout and belittle me, leaving me feeling humiliated and disrespected as a customer. I must emphasize that the treatment I received at the Anand Enterprises service center was entirely unacceptable. As a result of this incident, I have lost all faith in the quality of service and respect that Amaron Batteries and its affiliated service centers offer. I regret to inform you that I will not be utilizing Amaron batteries in the future due to the distressing experience I endured. I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but the behavior exhibited by the representative was completely contrary to the standards of customer service that I expect from a reputable company like Amaron Batteries. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, as well as appropriate action to rectify the situation. I would like to have my battery replaced as per the terms of the warranty, and I believe it is crucial that your company takes steps to ensure that customers are treated with respect and dignity at all times. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and address it promptly.
