   Complaint

   I have purchased a Nippon Tape (Android - 6R with camera AVR 2103L) on 11 May 2019 from Surya Sales, Hazi Building, Chopasni Road, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) vide their bill No.1543 dated 11 May 2019. Since its purchase the system has not given satisfactory service. I have made several personal visits to the dealer and made a complaint about non satisfactory services of the product but no suitable reply was given to me, even though I was not attended and heard properly. Many times I had requested for repair or replacement but to no avail. The behaviour as a hole of Surya sales is not at all good for customers. By this I want to make it aware all customers who is thinking of making purchase of such a large amount of product should be more cautious.
