   Non receipt of physical copy of car insurance

   My car bearing no. AP31 DM 7897 is renewed with policy from varun motors 9 months back. I have not received a physical copy. Called many times but no response. Before renewal u r very much interested to contact me for renewal, but once policy renewed not at all bothered whether the physical copy forwarded to customer or not. Previous years I used to get by post. I don't know what happened. I will definitely inform all my friends, kith and kin not to go for Varun policy , if this is the attitude from you towards customer. Hope u rectify ur mistake at earliest. Do the needful.
