    Respected sir/ madam, I am Dr. Monisha Dsouza, residing of Mangalore. I had purchased my Maruti swift LXI from Maruti Motors showroom at Arvind Building, Balmatta Rd, Hampankatta, Mangaluru on 5th December 2019. I have done the regular servicing at the Maruti service centre at the above said premises since last 2 years. I had taken the Mandovi car insurance by MANDOVI MOTORS ,Maruti Suzuki India Limited, bearing policy number : 901403181/SR07034023, done on 3th December 2021. ( complete bumper to bumper coverage). I had an accident on 13th June 2022, which resulted in damages to the bumper and left side of the vehicle door. I had taken the car for repair to Maruti Motors service centre branch at Arvind Building, Hampankatta (i.e.the above said premise) for the repairs of the same which included repair of dents, replacement/ repair of the bumper and painting as deemed required. The car was given on 14th June 2022 with Repair ref.no : JC22001012. After completion of said repair car was received by my Father on 17th June 2022, on my behalf. I was horrified to find my car in the current state. The entire car has been scrubbed and damaged with some rough material (whole body of car and all the glasses including the windshield). As a result it has lost its luste and shine and has developed a very rough surface ( the original wax polish had been scrubbed out badly). The bumper feels like it has been repaired and painted rather than replaced ( contrary to the bill charges). When on reciept of the car, my father raised these above concerns with the management there, the complaints were ignored. They suggested we pay another Rs. 2000 extra to wax polish the car. The old damaged bumper was also not produced on request, stating that the car was repaired in the Yeyyadi branch. Further the bill provided to us was of Rs. 9,280/- by the showroom. However I received a sms alert that Rs 16,500/- was the bill amount that has been re- embursed by the showroom from the insurance. The work done on my car is unsatisfactory and my car has suffered more damages post repair. This is unacceptable from such a reputed company and showroom. I am hugely disappointed with the quality of service provided. My family has been a faithful customer of Mandovi and hence we trust the system. I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and make an enquiry regarding the poor quality of service provided in the repair of my car. Kindly do the needful. Thanking you.
