Complaint

Hi This is to complain about nonsense behavior of Mr Gowrishankar ,Varun motors begumpet. I have sent my car for service today post which Mr Gowrishankar has called and given me estimate of 6500-7000 service charges When I informed him that discount is promised to me he got confused ,and said he will call back. Post which one message has come with approval link and he called and kept insisting to send the message to him so that he will approve the link. This is never happened before and I called him and asked him why he needs the link and also wants to approve on behalf of the client He had no excuse and started fumbling and said server issue can happen so he wanted to proceed with the approval. I tried the link and no issue was there and approval took one second . What is this ridiculous behavior and seems like some scam going on I don't have any further comfort in trusting the services of Varun motors and will put this in social media for sure in case such nonsense continues.
