They have one of the most unhygienic, pathetic customer waiting area while you wait for your car to be serviced. There were spider web all over. There were too many mosquitoes in the room. No housekeeping service bothered to serve drinking water or coffee to their so called 'Esteemed' customers. One thing I would like to mention, after car's regular service bill, each and every time the mechanic or cleaning staff ask for extra money or to do 'Seva'. I mean what the hell. Don't these guys are getting paid by Agency for their work, then why they want bribe ??
