Worst Experience in BMW KUN CHENNAI Express Avenue
Worst experience with Customer manager Sakith(not sure if name typed corectly) today on Dec-12-15 in Chennai BMW KUN Express avenue center. They dont understand the term "customer service". The manager Sakith invovled in an argument for almost more than an hour and his subordinates nor himself are totally unclear & unaware of cancellation policies. After 1 hour agument,a simple cancellation request letter was requested. These irresponsible & pathetic customer services will happen only in India. By any chance if anyone is reading this note, just wake up & try to take necessary action..!
