Worst service till date, better to give your car to local repair guy.
Postmartem of Ocean Chevrolet pune I recently gave my chevrolet beat for regular servicing, my car was running great with no issues. At the time their guy came for pick up, he said pick up and drop charges will be extra, i said ok. Aftersome hours got a call from the centre and they gave me a big list of things to be done, my reply was not needed as my car is working fine and there is no problem i am facing. I told them to do normal servicing and solve the problems which i had mentioned in the form they filled while taking car. After a lot of calls one guy came to deliver the car with a bill of 5300, when i checked none of the work i mentioned was done because their engineer was not there. he gave me the contact of a different guy and told me to contact this guy, he will come and do other left things. i thought no need to discuss this with the guy, paid and let him go. Now after the servicing when i started the car to go office , the condition was worse than ever, i dont know what they have done to the car, i can hear noise coming when i accelerate or even when i apply break. This is my worst experience and trust me guys it is better to give your car to any local guy rather than giving it to these guys who charge you for spoiling your mood and damaging your car.
