   Deficiency in service

   I am affraid to write that my daughter Supirya Singh deposited her Eco sports car No. Dl-6707 on 19th July, 2016 for repairs at Bhagat Dealer at Indl. Area, Panchkula. We were assured to collect the car within a week but till date nothing has happened We. have visited the dealer several times and met Mr Abhay & Jasbir and of no use. Every time, we are assured for next day. All documentation as regards to insurance was done in time . Finally, we were called on 14th August, 2016 at 6.30 p.m.to collect the car but on reaching there it was found that leave aside the requested repairs, the car car was not even washed. On contacting your Jasbir on Telephone, it was assured that the car wlll be delivered at our residence. But later it was informed on telephone by Jasbir that car is facing GEAR problems. There should be a limit for lies & excuses on the part of Jasbir & Abhay. At any point of our car was not facing any gear problems nor it was pointed by your staff. It is a case of cheating or way for excuse. I am sorry to point out that there is is no way except consumer forum redressal for deficiency in service
