Complain Against i20 car
Sir, I bought an i20 Elite Sports car from Krishna Hyundai, Tezpur (Assam) Branch in the year sept’2016. After 6 months my Bluetooth connection in the music system is not respond. I won’t receive the phone in the car staring phone receive icon. This make me trouble. I complained 5(five) times in the Tezpur dealer manager. They snap the photo of my whole music system. But dealer person has not solved it. They told me to send the photo to Guwahati head office & very soon solve it. This is their formalities to snap the photo to satisfy the customer. After 1 year it is not solve. This is the dealers motto to problem the customer. Till now problem is not solve. Please do it as early as possible. Thanking You Mr. P.G. Boruah Ph.
