regarding complete negligence and defective service
my hyundai i 10 car (kl 26 d 1799) met with an accident and sent to ss hyundai varyapuram for the repairs. I got the car repaired on 23/04/2016. After that I had visited the centre four times for rectifying the defects like door jamming, defective centre locking, defective power window, defective paint work etc. Just after one month of the repair, both my front tyres blasted during ride, which was fatal, and only due to luck i escaped unhurt. I took the vehicle to replace tyres. Then only I came to know that the front right ballset was bent and due to which the tyres blasted. I contacted the service centre and they repalced it only after such a prolonged time and accident. during the service, they never checked the ball set nor aligned the weels, which caused the bursting of the tyres. I need clarification why the service centre never looked under the car during the three weeks it stayed in the centre, even after releasing, i visited the centre for rectifications of defects many times, If the clarification is not satisfactory I will be forced to take legal action against your firm.
