Complaint for non refund of booking amount
Hi; Myself sanket A Pashte ; I am owner of shreeja auto world ; ambadi ; wada contact no :8007799977. I have made a booking on 05/06/2016 and the delievery was to be given on 22/07/2016 it was the booking for hyundai creta .Unfortunately the delievery was not given by the team and as a reason i have cancelled the booking on 25 / 07/2016 and have asked for the refund of the booking amount . It has been 2 weeks now i havent received any thing or any positive response and u r team is fooling and playing with me .I have trued calling the General manager but his bheaviour is not proffesional as well i tried calling him 15 times today but he is not answering I hope u give me a postive response and also want my refund as soon as possible .or else i will directly speak with owner of the showroom With regards Sanket pashte Owner at shreeja auto world
