I have requested your Jharsuguda Branch Infinity Hyundai (Service workshop ) for assistance in fixing the rear wheel of our Car I 20 ASTA 2010 model . On 4 th sept Car got stuck due to fault in Brake lining . I took the help of nearby mechanic who in turn removed the brake lining of right hand side rear wheel .Car is at home now . I have requested your Jharsuguda branch on 5th morning at 9.30 am for help . They told not to drive car and home assistance will be provided , but there is no mechanic available now . It will take 2-3 days. Though more than 24 hours elapsed , I have not yet received any reply . Please let me know status .Do I have to approach Rourkela Branch for help . Out of context I would like to mention what type of Road Assistance we will expect from Hyundai .
