Non refund of token money
Dear sir, i have booked i 20 active in the month of oct 2016 with Rs 5000/-for which the employee. Mr jaiswaal of cardealers/aradhana-hyundai situated at Saharanpur forced us to book the car and assured us that amount will be refunded in case of cancellation of booking without any deduction but now the head of cardealer aradhana hyundai is saying that Rs2000/- will be deducted as penalty out of 5000/- earlier the same person was saying that penality of 10 % will be levied on cancellation kindly do the needful in this regard as i have visited the showroom 5 times and deposited my slip along with application but no action has been taken so far so kindly do the needful in this regard yours faithfully sushil kumar s/o shri Baljeet singh
