XUV 500 complaint under warranty
Sir I owned a new XUV 500 from your Alappuzha in August 2014, within a week I noticed some complaints on the door lock and it was reported to the dealer, they had taken to EKM for service and repaired but after 2 days again same issue. More than 6-7 times it's been repaired and the complaint still exists. The warranty period will expire this year and I requested many times to replace the lock while sending for service and never done, I think you are waiting to expire the warranty period to get the charge for replacing the lock, this is unfair and not acceptable. This car is drived only 35000 km till this time and there are some other complaints, kindly do the needful to replace the lock at the earliest. Regards Venugopal.T.T 9744535845 00966590407075
