Complaint against Sales Manager (Manas)
I have purchased a TUV 300 T8 recently, from the point of sale to till date I am very much dis comfort with your service. I just elaborate one instance from many instance that I have noticed a discrepancy between break up quotation received from Mahindra Finance and S N Motors. When I physically met with Manas (Sales Manager) and explain him about this discrepancy than he admit that there is some mistake happens from their end. And he assure me to return amount on a specific day. But unfortunately he is unable to keep his word not lees than 5 times. Now his behavior is also change and start to miss behave with me.
