Helo , Most recently i had shopping experience with Pillai & Sons(Nexa Karur Bye pass road) showroom since we booked Maruthi Suzuki Baleno(Alpha) model. I would like to thank Mr. Subramani(Realtionship Manager) and appreciating his dedication n excellency at work and coordinating with customer through the delivery of product. I am highly satisfied with his service towards to us and explaining about the product inch by inch and also very kind and polite presenting knowledge and he is very friendly too..Keep going with this subramani you will have many good things hence. About the showroom experience it was good with quality and product delivery.But one thing i need to drop here like Dont think only rich ppls will buy a car even most of middle class people have their long term dream to buy a car with help of financial or Loan center. Show room should consider this and has make them comfortable via offering with price deduction or some accessories or something else which the way the customer expects. Dealer should make sure with the customer satisfaction not only with service and the offering something or reduction of prices too since they will not be much rich and also we are spend on a high level of money on buy product. Obviously i know we are buying for our purpose n our happiness you may this why we should offer for your needs since you are doing business for making yourself profitable. Yes i accept it but as s small suggestion since you are as dealer you should have bit service minder of middle class ppls. if you are on a service minded then you don't want to do a marketing for your showroom by spending more money. Your customers will be your high level market if they are satisfied with your service. they will recommended ppls to buy a car at your show room and they will explain to others about you showroom very well. Please dont mind its just my suggestion. Thanks for your(Pillai & Sons) service towards the product through out the delivery. Subaramani he is the only person that we bought the car from Pillai & sons dealer. Thanks subramani. Best wishes for your henceforth services and deliverable towards the customers. Overall experience was Good ... Lot of thanks to all employees.Keep going.

Recently bought baleno alpha model from pullaiya and sons nexa...Feeling very happy and delighted...Riding the car gives me a feeling of sailing in a ship...Fully satisfied with the hospitality shown by the relationship manager Mr.Thangaraj...My rating is 10/10 for this car and the ambiance provided by all the staffs of Nexa ...Thank you all...
