Had a horrible experience with this dealer, and the sales person, Kushal. He had no clue about when invoicing closes for new year, and inspite of my furnishing required documents and cheque exactly when he requested, he could not meet his promise and deliver the car. I had to travel more than an hour with an infant unnecessarily to his showroom, only to come to know that they had no idea and will not be able to invoice, and had to travel back again - wasting another hour. In the process, I lost out on 2 very good deals available at 2 other showrooms, because of the delay caused by this dealer. He also claimed, along with the area sales manager, that 99.9% he shall be able to provide me same pricing after 4 days. 4 days later, the pricing he gave me was almost 75000 more expensive. So, totally incompetent sales person, with no followup, no delivery on promises and false claims, that too without any sense of apology to the customer for the hassle which they had to go through.
