    I sent my jetta DL-14C-0275 to NCR East, Sahibabad on 3rd March for replacement of left side view mirror. I am told that car stopped just before reaching service station & had to b towed. I have been following up since 3rd but team is unconcerned. on repeated follow-ups, I was told on 7th March that car will be delivered on 9th March after correction of clutch plate assy. Today, on 9th March, I call up repeatedly & I am told again car needs clutch plate replacement & it will take another 5 days for clutch plate to arrive.I am not issued any wo; car is opened, no insurance survey done for mirror, no estimate submitted. I do not know what's on. It's so difficult to contact them as they don't pick the phone; when phone is picked, I m told there wud b a call back but no call is received. I hav made at least 30 calls since 3rd March. Car was picked on 3rd march at 4:30 pm though I was told it wud be picked on 1st March at 9:00 am. till date, I don't hav any estimate on mirror replacement time & cost. will someone please help me???     Literally disgusted and shocked with the pathetic service

    I had purchased The New Vento Highline diesel automatic in Oct 2015, with lot of expectation.gear shifting problem was observed after 6-7 months and I was assuming that this is routine. Since the shifting was more frequent , I had given the vehicle in NCR East service center on 26th Aug 2016 and had called up at least 11 times till 3rd .besides lodging a complaints in VW customer care for the speediest resolution. Even despite my repeated requests for a substitute vehicle ., No vehicle was provided till 30th and a old polo was provided without any valid papers . Papers were provided on 1st.the vehicle has serious reverse gear and other running problem.and did not consider it safe. Was absolutely not getting any visibility for the problem resolution. On 3rd , again visited the service center and was informed that some part is required and the order already been placed , but again no visibility with respect to when the vehicle can be ready. For the last ten days ,gone thru lots of pain fir the taxi charges and inconvenience to my family. I had a totally different perception about VW cars ,since I had shifted from.a.Ford vehicle. This is really pathetic . Further worse , the center is also hesitant to provide the addresses of VW competent authority to lodge complaint. request VW to improve the service level.as well.as increase on customer eccentricity.
