QUERY
I bought a kurti (Brand W) from Globus, City Center Mall, Raipur, on 2nd July, 2021. I had confirmed from the sales executives at Globus, Raipur whether I can exchange the same from any other globus store at Nagpur. They said I can exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Now, due to size issues, I want to exchange it from Globus, Empress Mall, Nagpur. But, the problem is the stores are closed in Nagpur city. When will it open ? And how can I exchange it before the 30 days period? Could you issue me a credit note & let me exchange it after the 30 days period, whenever the stores open ?? Kindly suggest.
