Payment against delivery as service charge of delivery boy

delivery boy has charged INR 30/- just to deliver the parcel. Name Uday Das of Nawada branch. Can you explain why this has happened ????? I would also like to know clarification on below points. 01: Client has to come to your office to collect the parcel or you are supposed to deliver the parcel at clients address. It is a basis ????? 02: On what conditions your delivery boy has charged money ????? Should I move in consumer court for the same ????? Once the payment has been done for the parcel, what else client is supposed to do ????? Your staff named Manish Chatar has not time to talk to client and is very abrupt way of talking.

just Uday Das told me that if you will not pay delivery boy then your parcel will not be delivered to you and it will go back. +91 62071 19821 Uday Das, surprised to hear. He also told me that they are not on salary basis and just get some money for big parcel only. if it is so how a staff will be honest to his work ????? Why not he will do corruption ????? Why not he will impact performance and credibility of company ?????? Kindly reply
