Worst customer service
Really had a worst experience. I have never experienced this type of worst customer handling anywhere. If something is to be delivered they have to take the responsibility to reach the customer either via call ,if they are not reachable need to intimate via message . I guess every courier service will know this basic rule but so sad this service center is not aware. Calling for the first time and (raja) commanding like a master. And this type of attitude is never approachable and acceptable in public service. Please don't use this courier service.
