complaint about delivery

I ordered yureka battery so your delivery person called me but that time I am office so I told him to wait 10 min. My friend will take it . But he ignore me and went . I am so dispointed with the service.

Consignment Not Delivered

My item is not delivered even after putting so many requests to the call center. They put false reason like incomplete/incorrect address whereas the same address is being used by all the other courier companies including amazon.
