Non receipt of item purchased from rediff.

One packet from rediff has not been received yet at the above address. Instead, got a msg yesterday that delivery of item is pending for insufficient address. When the same Aramex has delivered around 20 times during last one year, how come, the same address has become insufficient. Further, ur delivery person cd hv called to my mobile which he had not done. Whatever no you hv sent in the msg is either not correct or not allotted. The no mentioned in ur sight is not being picked up by anyone. This shows ur deficiency in service. Pl look into it n arrange to deliver the same today. Kishore Kumar Das 9771497621
