   I dint get my order

   I placed my order in shopclues at 9the July,,, bt till now I dint get my order, I dint get any call or message regarding my order but when I tracked my order,, it was returned. How is this possible. U guys dint call me, I dint got any message to mail or to my number,, this is how u guys do with the customers,, we r not placing order for fun,, I really Fed up with your service if u guys can't deliver it properly,, why u guys taking the orders,,, but in order u guys putten that u were attempt for delivery,,,if that scene happen over here I dint get any calls, really poor service, we are not fools. I need my order back
