Worst service in vaishali expacially mahua hub

Dear sir I have two times credit card apply but not delivered by Buledart today my consignment no 38681215246. But till time not delivered as I expected this couriers is return through this person due to delivery person is not fit for this area. Mob 8877363066 My previous consignment no 38367578885 as on 20/03/2021 without my consent. This card is related my financial matters who will be loss of my financial composition . Kindly guide us otherwise I go to consume inform for my composition. I will be wait two days then I will go to another place . I have already mail to your maketing department and chief executive officer. I want to my composition for financial lass . Not for card. Thanks and regards full
